Detailed review on whimsical “Old town coffee & cafe” 1 , Rawalpindi

Although the place is not in the spotlight and does not have a huge name but I personally like this place because it’s quiet and not so crowded. The ambiance is really good and soothing. I sometimes take the books that I like and read there while having a cup of coffee in the left corner of the place where they already have a small cozy liberary of there own.

They lack variety in food and sometimes they do not have items available. However, their Alfredo pasta is really good. I have tried their fries so many times and I like them too.

 The place has a nice interior the cozy kind of. They have 3 different kinds of sofas and chairs in there that basically divides this tiny place into 3 portions. the left side looks so different from the right side and these two from the rest but from the overview all of that looks so put together and cute.

They do not have a lot of wait-staff as the place is really small so they have 3-4 waiters but, they’re well mannered and the service is really good. it was one time in my life that they served my food with ketchup instead of any sauces mentioned.

I never stopped going there cuz the place is not so crowded most of the times and I really like the feeling and the smell of coffee with my favorite books and a glass wall decorated with hanging flowers right in front of me.

The place is not fun at-all when its crowded. It gets so noisy and suffocated because of it’s small dining space. They take orders and bake custom cakes too.

I suggest not to visit the place if you’re with a group of more than 6 people or if you’re a claustrophobe but you can try visiting the place if you want to talk to someone about important stuff that you can’t do in other crowded places and their coffee is not that bad to not be tried.
